How to install:

• First you need to have the initial patch working, download it here
  
• Copy 'pf04.img' to 'PES 2010 DEMO/img'
• Open 'dt05_x.img' (x stands for your language, e.g. 'g' for German or 'i' for Italian) with AFS Explorer and click 'action->import folder'
• Select 'pf05_x.img (4-3)' if you play on 4-3 or 'pf05_x.img (16-9)' if you play on 16-9
• After rebuilding copy the new file and overwrite the old one inside 'PES 2010 DEMO/img' (if i does not ask you to rebuild, everything is alright ;-)
• Repeat the same with the folder 'pf06.img' and the file pf06.img
• Start the game with 'pes2010_CL.exe'
