This great utility for PES4 was developed by e-gama from WEBRASIL (www.webrasil.net). This new editor allows you to change players attributes as well as transfer players between teams. You can edit team names, formations, as well as kickers, captains, etc.  You will be able to export/import data, you can export/import all, just national teams or club teams, just players or a few players you have selected. The program is in portuguese but itīs easy to understand.
